The Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Beijing would like to hire Employee on contractual basis in the following vacant position:

Position: - Secretary (Assistant to the Ambassador)

Number: 1 (One)

Description of the Job:

The   main  role   of  secretary/   Assistant   is  responsible   for  the   preparation   and  regular   update  of Ambassador's program schedule,  effectively organize Events/meeting programs, prepare Note  verbal and letter for responsible Government Institutions, Communication with different organization, receive guests,

Maintaining effective records and Administration. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Embassy.

Professional skills/ Qualification:

1.   Minimum  of  Bachelor Degree  in  Secretarial science  and office  management  and other  related fields.

2.   Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages (spoken and  written).

3.   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4.   Familiar  with and knowledge culture of Ethiopia and open to learn about them

5.   Excellent skill in using various computer application and software's.

Work  Experience: Minimum  of three  years of  work experience,  preferably in  Secretarial science  and office management. The Embassy work experience as Secretary is an asset for this position.
